Poultry farming is not an iLL£gal business in Nigeria, but it becomes iLL£gal and unlawful Act when you you turn it to a full time business in a residential area.
Let’s talk about their noise, it will disturb your neighbours and other people in the buildings close to you.
How about the unfriendly odour that will be coming out, some people react to bad odour and thereby putting their health at risk.
Lag0s State Environmental Pr0tection Agency (LASEPA), and other State Environmental Agency has condemned rearing of animals in residential areas saying it constitutes a huge environmental menace.
“It is illegal to operate poultry, piggery and others in residential areas. Human beings and animals cannot reside in the same.
The sanitation unit of the Ministry of Environment deals with the issue as part of sanitation offence.
So oga, pls do something about it
If there is a way you can build sound proof system to ensure their noise does not come out and create a very hygienic environment to avoid any kind of unpleasant odour from going out.
The Landlord association may let it go.
But if you can’t control it
Then, you should not expect others to suffer and experience discomfort at the expense of you making m0ney.
