I got back home from work yesterday only to hear that my friend in the next building brought p0lice to my house and they were looking for me to arr£st me just because of 70k that i B0rrow£d from him.

Well i understand that i pr0mised to return the m0ney in two weeks time.
But thing’s did not go as i planned, of which i explained to him to be patient with me and all he was just shouting that he needs the m0ney for his Children School fees

This matter is a Civil Case and The P0lice does not have Jurisdiction over it so far there is no Cr’iminal Act Involved.

If that your friend eventually brings the P0lice to arr£st you, pls don’t resist the arr£st
F0llow them, when you get to the station pls don’t agree to write any statements until your lawyer or any person you want is around.
Don’t agree to any kind of pr£ssure negotiation to pay back at the station because it’s not P0lice duty, tell them to forward the matter to c0urt.
While you are there, take note of the Station you are taken to
Take note of the Officer name who came to arrest you and his service number
Take note of the every officer details involved in interrogating you illegally while at their Station.
