I also returned the agreement f0rm he gave me so he can make R£fund of the agreement F££ too.

Well, you have your reason for saying you don’t like the apartment again and you have the right to say you don’t want to stay again
But on this note, the Landlord has rendered the service you paid for to you.
For this reason, if it was the Landlord that ask you to move out, then he must make a R£fund on the last day you want to move out, but he will deduct your R£nt up till that last day
